DAILY LEATHER CARE AND MAINTENANCE TIPS

Caring for your leather enhances its beauty and prolongs the life of your furniture.

• Minor Spots: Immediately wipe with a cloth lightly dampened with distilled water. Allow to air dry naturally.
• Liquid Spills: Promptly blot the area with an absorbent cloth to soak up excess liquid.
• Oil-Based Spills: Gently blot with a clean, dry cloth to absorb excess oil. Do not use water.Typically, the oil will gradually absorb into the leather over time.
• Minor Scratches: Lightly buff the affected area with a fingertip using gentle, circular motions.
•  To minimize drying, cracking, or fading, avoid placing your leather furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources (radiators, fireplaces, vents).
• Be aware that clothing with transferable dyes, such as blue jeans, could transfer the dye onto light-colored classic leather furniture.
• Do not put any acid on the handcrafted leather, because of its leather character and natural oils painting, it doesn’t contain any chemical material inside the leather to dissolve the acid.
